Beginning Weaving - 2 Days Nancy Bjerke
Two 8-hour days, Friday and Saturday 9:00 – 5:00

Learn the basics of 4 shaft weaving. We will complete two
projects that will include warping the loom twice, figuring yarn
requirements, and reading drafts. A great way to Kick Start
your weaving! Yarns included in class fee. See materials list
for other supplies.

Intermediate Weaving Sondra Rose
Seven 2-hour classes, Tuesdays 3:30 - 5:30
October 21, 28, November 4, 11, 18, December 2, 9
In this intermediate class, students will learn and weave at least
six different weave structures, including Atwater-Bronson lace,
Huck lace, Summer and Winter, M’s & O’s, Monk’s Belt and
Crackle. Students must be able to warp their own looms and
read a weaving draft (this will be reviewed in class). All
weaving will be done at home. Warp yarns included in
class fee. See materials list for other supplies.

Loom Rental: While the looms are not in class session, they are available for rent at the shop. If you don’t have a loom, are in transition between looms and know how to weave, bring your warp and weave! See Nancy for available times and costs.
